Adjust Your Grass Moving Height With Warmer Weather
As the temperatures begin to get even warmer, and ground temperatures begin to reach 80, your grass will begin to actively grow again. One Source strongly recommends monitoring the length at which your grass is mowed. St. Augustine grass will thrives at a minimum of 2.5″, but One Source actually suggests 3-4″. This height actually will allow your grass to grow without constantly replacing damaged blades. Ensure your blades are sharp to prevent browning on your lawn from the tip down.
