How To Keep Up With Your Lawn In The Fall

We have noticed brown patch beginning in some of our yards.  While this is not uncommon, the most effective way to combat the spread is to STOP watering. Areas that are too damp will have an increased risk of developing this problem.  The temperatures have become cool and moist through the night, making conditions perfect for this seasonal irritant. Brown patch is a soil fungus that lays dormant in the hot summer months and becomes active in the cooling months. Brown patch will appear as circular rings and the rings tend to grow and expand.  Should it become evident that your lawn has brown patch, call the office as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help.
